The High-Performance Low-Power Industrial-grade 8051-ML51 Series features an enhanced 1T 8051 core microcontroller with built-in flash. It operates at a maximum frequency of 24 MHz and offers configurable 8/16/32 KB Flash with 1/2 KB SRAM. It also includes 10 kHz and 24 MHz high-precision clock sources, operates within a voltage range of 2.4 V ~ 5.5 V, and supports an industrial-grade operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The series offers a 12-bit high-precision ADC with up to 15 external channels for accurate data sampling, and features like 1 Mbps high-speed UARTs, I²C, and SPI. It supports up to 12 PWM outputs with independent clock sources, and GPIO with 20 mA high-current drive capability. The series is also equipped with 8 kV ESD and 4.4 kV EFT immunity.

The series operates at a frequency of up to 24 MHz with typical active mode power consumption as low as 100 µA/MHz. The LCD display can be maintained with power consumption as low as 2 µA in sleep mode. The ML54 series supports a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The series includes LCD driver controllers supporting dynamic driving waveforms and various LCD driving modes. It also offers features such as hardware CRC-8 checksum, PDMA data transfer acceleration, and rich analog peripherals.
